TRANSPARENCY is completely FREE to all our agency partners.
No. Our portal is only available to our agency partners and their nominated staff. However, the portal cannot be accessed without a unique username and password, set up by our team.
TRANSPARENCY is backed up daily, with our live features backed up and synced (when needed) every 2 minutes. As for the portal development so far, we have planned out 3 phases which will take us partway through 2027, but we review our development plan every month to ensure that we stay ahead of market demands as well as technology wants and needs, to ensure the best user experience.
Our live payroll and worker onboarding are tracked in real time, and at worst, it updates automatically every 2 minutes, so you will never be out of the loop on worker payments and setup processing.
The short answer is no. Individual PAYE references are not automatically provided to every agency that gains access to the portal. The PAYE references are set up for those who utilise our umbrella solution service. But it is not automatically provided; if you feel you will benefit from one, you will need to request a reference code.
