We understand that before applying for a new role, you like to get more of an understanding here are a few of our most frequently asked questions about working at ADVANCE.
We typically follow a 2-stage process, which consists of an initial meeting with the hiring manager, to get to learn more about you and your experience as well as give you the chance to learn more about ADVANCE. Followed by a second-stage interview which focuses more on function abilities. However like all rules there are the occasional exceptions, particularly for senior roles, we sometimes include a 3rd and final stage.
While industry knowledge is a lovely bonus, it’s not always a deal-breaker. We value attitude, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail above all, but some roles do require specific industry or function experience.
Absolutely. We’re big on “growing our own.” Many of our staff are now in positions that they did not initially start in. We value ambition, and our leadership team encourages the development of staff progression roadmaps, so that everyone can learn and grow.
