The Contractor Support Advisor will be responsible for dealing with daily inbound & outbound calls, as well as emails, ensuring that world class service is provided in every form of communication in line with our core values of passion, respect, team work and world-class service. We work hard as a team to answer all calls within 3 rings and delivering world-class service on every call. The successful candidate would be given full training in order that they are able to understand all other areas of the business in order to be able to answer the majority of the questions and queries so they can be answered quickly & confidently
