ADVANCE Appoints Paul Havenhand as Managing Director to Lead Next Phase of Growth

ADVANCE, a premier provider of workforce management solutions, has today announced the appointment of Paul Havenhand as its new Managing Director.

Paul joins the business at a critical juncture, bringing more than 25 years of specialist leadership experience across professional services to the role. He will oversee ADVANCE's overarching strategy, with focus on driving sustainable growth, enhancing the company’s product and service portfolio.

Prior to his appointment, Paul was Chief Executive Officer at Contractor Insurance and IR35 specialist business Kingsbridge Risk Solutions. During his tenure the business evolved its contract worker services from PI Insurance to IR35 solutions and Trades Insurance whilst expanding distribution from Recruiter Partners to also include Wholesale and Direct channels.
